ABSORBENCY - HOW MUCH CAN THEY HANDLE?
  • The four layers of discreet, absorbent gusset hold up to 10ml (1-2 tampons)
  • These knickers can replace pads or tampons giving leak-free protection for periods, bladder leaks, discharge and sweat when exercising.
SIZE MATTERS
  • The Coni runs pretty true to size but if in doubt, size down. 
CARING FOR YOUR CONIS
  • Wash at 30º or 40º  - do not use fabric conditioner
  • Do not tumble dry - air dry instead! 
  • FYI - they will take slightly longer to dry due to the layers of gusset.

Coni for sports

Loved the Coni I bought for running. Perfect for sweaty bits on a run. Can’t be seen through shorts and leggings.

Great for running

I needed new running knickers & have been wanting to make the switch to period pants too so these are perfect as a combination of the two. So comfy you hardly know your wearing them. The seam at the back takes some getting used to but you soon forget about that too. Great product, will be getting more in the future.

What a life saver & complete game changer! I’ve been using Nixi Body, specifically The Coni for several years to help give me some reassurance when running, from embarrassing leaks. They wash really well & last a good few years before needing to replace them. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough and am so grateful for this fabulous product.

Comfortable pants

These pants are really comfortable for doing exercise such as running and yoga. They catch the leaks that happen now and again and keep me nice and dry.
