We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from NIXI Body. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy to ensure a smooth process.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the order date

Important Note on Trying Underwear

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of worn or washed items.NIXI Body Leakproof underwear must be tried on over your own underwear. As our products are classed as intimate wear, we cannot accept returns of any items that appear to have been worn.

Product Performance

All NIXI Body absorbencies are independently tested and verified by SATRA Technology. However, please note that absorbency levels are guidelines only and individual needs may vary.

These products are not suitable for full incontinence. Please refer to the product descriptions for fluid capacity details.

Returns Process

If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. Email us at sales@nixibody.com
  2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
  3. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund the item and cover return postage costs

Return postage will be reimbursed up to the cost of the least expensive delivery option available through Royal Mail.

For all other returns (non-faulty items), customers are responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Timeline

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your item within 30 days of ordering, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please email sales@nixibody.com with the details.

Can I return underwear if I’ve tried it on?

Only if it was tried on over your own underwear and is clearly unworn. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn or washed underwear.

Do you offer refunds for faulty items?

Yes. If your item is faulty, please email us at sales@nixibody.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If confirmed, we will refund the item and cover your return postage costs.

Who pays for return postage?
  • For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for the return postage.
  • For faulty items, we will cover postage, up to the cost of standard Royal Mail delivery.

We recommend using a tracked service to return your items.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your returned item.

Can I return items after washing or using them?

No. Items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Are your underwear products suitable for full incontinence?

No. Our underwear is designed for light to moderate leaks, not full incontinence. Please refer to the product description for fluid capacity guidance.
