ABSORBENCY - HOW MUCH CAN THEY HANDLE?
  • The four layers of discreet, absorbent gusset hold up to 15ml (2-3 tampons)
  • These knickers can replace, or be wore alongside, pads or tampons giving leak-free protection for periods, bladder leaks, discharge and sweat when exercising.
SIZE MATTERS
  • The Susie runs pretty true to size! If in doubt, size down.
CARING FOR YOUR SUSIES
  • Wash at 30º or 40º  - do not use fabric conditioner
  • Do not tumble dry - air dry instead! 
  • FYI - they will take slightly longer to dry due to the layers of gusset.

Not for endurance races

At face value these are brilliant. They do what they as described. However I wore them for an ultra while on my period and seven hours in started getting symptoms of a water infection. I tried them again on a on a long training day and eight hours in had to cut it short because I was getting symptoms of a water infection again.
UTIs are something I never suffer with so I went back and had a look at the description and it says the underwear is to be worn for 4 to 6 hours. This time limit isn’t feasible for endurance races sadly

Best knickers for running!!

So comfy when running,I’ve currently got 9 pairs,I’ve just recently brought the Carla knickers,I haven’t tried them yet but if there as good as the Susie,best knickers ever!!
