ABSORBENCY - HOW MUCH CAN THEY HANDLE?
  • The four layers of discreet, absorbent gusset hold up to 15ml (2-3 tampons)
  • These knickers can replace, or be wore alongside, pads or tampons giving leak-free protection for periods, bladder leaks, discharge and sweat when exercising.
SIZE MATTERS
  • The Susie runs pretty true to size! If in doubt, size down.
CARING FOR YOUR SUSIES
  • Wash at 30º or 40º  - do not use fabric conditioner
  • Do not tumble dry - air dry instead! 
  • FYI - they will take slightly longer to dry due to the layers of gusset.

Really impressed

Bought to wear while running in my first 10k race. Absolutely brilliant. Comfortable, no VPL, and absorbed all moisture.

Excited but then disappointed

I was pleased with the purchasing and the delivery and was also fairly impressed with the material and the non VPL when the knickers arrived. However, when I wore them for a 50 minute cardio class, half way through, i'd begun to leak through the knickers and onto leggings. So clearly the absorbency is not sufficient for me - I thought a medium level would be enough. The fit was good though. Good sizing guide. I'll only be able to use these knickers for low level aerobic classes. 🥺
