I really wasn’t sure about the concept of period pants but these really do work. No VPL and they don’t leak. I have cream ones for under my white breeches when I’m show jumping. No more worrying on the “at risk” days.

As a runner and mum I have struggled with leaks. These knickers have given me new confidence when running. I also use them for every day wear particularly long days at work when commuting. They are very comfy and with zero vpl for my cycling shorts and smart work trousers.
I’m not spending money on lots of pads and tampons and the knickers are much more comfy than products.
I’ll definitely be back to purchase for my daughter just coming into her teenage years.

Very comfortable and does what it says! Can run without worry now. Would definitely size down though.

I have endometriosis so I experience super abnormal heavy periods. Because of my very abnormal periods I have to wear the biggest tampons along with incontinence pads (and even then there are leakages). Thanks to these amazing ever so comfy knickers, I can now wear my giant tampon (for extra protection) along with my Carla knickers and I am covered. No sanitary towels needed anymore! My daughter wears the Carla knickers (on their own), she does not have endometriosis but does have heavy periods and has had no leaks. We both love our Carla knickers and have started wearing them daily - decided to start replacing all our knickers for Carla knickers as they are so comfy (Seam free!) and no VPL! I’ve been really struggling with leakage due to exercise and even walking (being a women of a certain age… 50 something).
I was buying pads that are super uncomfortable and I’m very conscious that the show in my Lycra so I took the plunge and purchased a pair of Clara high leg heavy. They’re amazing! I’m a convert now and am placing my second order now I’ve tried and tested them.
I’m a high street size 16-18 and my weight is evenly spread so an hour glass shape (if that helps anyone) I bought a size 16 and they are fine under my gym things but I’m going to buy a size 14 as I could definitely size down.
Don’t doubt them, try them! ☺️
