Pregnancy yoga classes are not just about certain movements or poses, they are full of information to support you throughout your pregnancy. The aim is to get you through your pregnancy with minimal discomfort and a better awareness of how breath work can help to strengthen your body in preparation for labour and birth.
Pregnancy yoga can:

Randa is a devoted mama to two children and the founder of Breath Yoga London. She is a highly trained and registered Yoga teacher, Hypno-birthing practitioner & birth coach. She specialises in Yoga for women and birth preparation.

The Dream - Yoga pregnancy
This is the best way to build a positive connection with your unborn baby - a pregnancy course like no other. All done on-line, in the comfort of your own home. The course includes short, easy to follow mind and body well-being video and audio sessions that you can enjoy anytime, anywhere.
Gentle Yoga (Women only)
Yoga classes are a mindful form of exercise which are designed to enhance your awareness of your mind and body. It is an insightful journey with so much to learn along the way. A typical session includes linking movements with breath, various breathing techniques and is often complimented with a meditation at the end.
Baby Yoga and IAIM baby massage
These classes are a complete nurturing and communication experience that deepens the bond between you and your baby. It is great fun to learn and a fantastic way to meet other parents whilst you spend special time with your baby.
Postnatal yoga aims to support and nurture you during your new motherhood role and not deplete precious energy stores, do not expect a dynamic practice with vinyasa flows and strongly aligned posture. During this phase, we work gently from the inside out to reset the foundation, both physical and energetic. Your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor need time to recover so they can work as a support system when the body is in motion.
